Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre meeting packages

DAY MEETING

  • meeting space available from 9 am to 5 pm
  • catering:
    • morning coffee/tea, selection of savoury pastry and vegetables/minismoothie
    • business lunch (starter and main course buffet, coffee and confectionery) served in the restaurant
    • afternoon coffee/tea, selection of pastries and fruit

HALF DAY MEETING WITH LUNCH

  • meeting space available from 8 am to 12 noon, or from 1 pm to 5 pm
  • catering:
    • morning or afternoon coffee/tea, savoury or sweet pastry, vegetables/minismoothie or fruit
    • business lunch (starter and main course buffet, coffee and confectionery served in the restaurant

All our meeting packages include:

  • Meeting space with basic furniture and equipment (includes a data projector and network connection)
  • event support staff services
  • cloakroom services
  • iced water served at the meeting
