Fazer Food Services Oy has the main responsibility for all beverage and restaurant services at the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre.

Catering at the stands, beverage and food vouchers

Order catering for your stand from us with ease, find the order form on Fairnet and on our home pages. A smooth delivery can be guaranteed with advance orders, but you can also order catering to your stand during the fair. It is worthwhile to negotiate tailored offers as well as other matters related to catering with the sales services of Fazer Restaurants. We look after the well-being of exhibition staff during the set-up, fair and dismantling of the stand.

Catering and coffee service vouchers can be purchased in advance by ordering them from the sales service or pay at the Centre from the upper Gallery or the Café Galleria. For invoicing take contact our sales office in advance (you
can pay by credit card or cash on site).

Meetings, conferences and banquets

The Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre is a high-quality congress centre with stylish meeting rooms that can be altered according to your needs taking into consideration the size and look of your event.
Concerts, special days, customer events and Christmas parties – it is easy to organise different kinds of events for supporting your business activities in the Fair Centre’s adaptable premises. Highly skilled professionalsare at your service at all stages of the event.

Cafés and restaurants

In the exhibition area of the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre, you can find a tasty, home-cooked style lunch at Restaurant Ylä-Galleria and Restaurant Panorama. À la carte style dishes are available as self-service
at Restaurant Piazza. In addition to sweet and savory pastries, our versatile cafés serve salads.
The restaurants and cafés located in the exhibitions area are open on an exhibitionspecific basis.

Brasserie Terra Nova, located in the hotel is also available for you to use. The restaurant is open daily and provides a service for exhibitors as well as other visitors to the Fair Centre. We recommend you book a table.
