Turnkey logistics services

Our turnkey logistics services are an easy, flexible and comprehensive service, in which we arrange the transport of the customer’s exhibition material from the customer’s premises to the exhibition stand. After the exhibition, the

Inbound logistics
Customs clearance services
Customs clearance of shipments arriving from outside the EU.

Transport services
Domestic transport services are managed either with our own transport
equipment or our domestic transport network. International transport services
are mainly handled with the help of our international transport network.

Receiving shipments and delivery to the stand
We receive incoming shipments from transport companies, inspect the condition
of the shipment as well as unload it and transport it to the stand.

Storage
We offer flexible storage service for short- and long-term storage of the
exhibition materials.

Lifting and transfer services
In the Fair Centre, we will perform lifting and transfer of heavy constructions,
objects and machinery to the stand with appropriate equipment.

Logistics during the exhibition

Storage service of empty packing boxes
Our service includes picking up the packing and transport boxes from the stand, storage and delivery back to the stand when the exhibition has ended.

Personnel services
You can order personnel to help with different tasks in logistics, exhibition building and setting up the exhibition stand.

Buffer stocking and supplementary deliveries
We offer storage of brochures, promotional gifts and other materials during the exhibition and supplementary deliveries to the stand.
