FairNet online service 
A service to make your preparations easier!

FairNet is a handy online service designed to enable fair exhibitors to make all practical arrangements for their participation at the fair simply and easily.

FairNet is at your disposal according to the timetable for your particular event.


How to use FairNet

FairNet usernames and passwords are sent to contact persons by e-mail
• If you wish, you may change your password
• On the front page of the service, you may order replacement passwords
• Login at
www.fairnet.fi
• Choose the event
• Complete your actions and orders
• You may order more user passes for your own fair partners (starting 2012)
• Find out how by clicking the blue question mark icon

• Event logos and illustrations can be found in the Materials Bank
• You can create your own fair preparation ToDoList under Own Tasks
• Follow the news under News for Exhibitors
• Important support materials for each fair can be found under General Documents

All products and services for building your stand (stand structures, furnishings, lighting and electrics,
mounting, fraphics, greenery, HPAC)
• Printing of fair invitations, fair passes, parking cards and cloakroom tickets

• Registration of stand visitors

Manage your fair communications

Publish information on your own FairSite and, optionally, in a printed fair guide
• New at our Stand - news published on the event website and your own FairSite
• Issue a press release and publicise your own press conference - all visible on your own FairSite and on the
event site’s Media pages
• For certain events, it may be possible to suggest or book programme for the stages
