Dismantling of the stands can be started only after the exhibition has ended.

The exhibition spaces must be returned to the Finnish Fair Corporation in the condition they were in prior to the exhibition.

After the exhibition's dismantling hours are over, our logistics partner Niemi will remove any items that have been left in the hall. They must be collected from the forwarding agent's storage within one month, and the storage costs must be paid.

NOTE: In order to prevent theft, please take away all items that can be easily dislodged from your stand as soon as the exhibition has ended.

All electricity to the stands, including continuous electrical supply, will be cut off after the exhibition has ended. If you will need electricity at your stand after this, you may arrange it with the electrician in advance, tel. +358 40 450 3175.
