At the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre, you can arrange a brainstorming meeting for a few people, a general meeting for thousands of guests, or even host a seminar for specialists, maybe coupled with an exhibition. Our facilities have space for even the largest international meetings.

Our 40 meeting spaces can accommodate events for groups from 2 to 1,200 people. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art congress technology, and wireless Internet connection is available throughout. It’s easy to set up exhibition stands or product presentations in the immediate vicinity of the meeting areas.
The Amfi (Hall 1), with room for 4,300 delegates, is an excellent choice if you are looking for an elegant space for a large meeting. Our other halls can also be converted to meeting spaces or lecture rooms. State-of-the-art AV services are always available.

In addition to space, we can provide all the services you need. Whatever the size of your event, our conference service attendants and technical staff make sure that everything runs smoothly.
Delicious food tops off your event. All our restaurants, the Winter Garden or even the lobby areas can be used for an exquisite buffet even for larger groups of delegates. Business lunches served in your meeting rooms or dinners served at your table can all be delivered without a hitch.
