Easy access
It’s easy to access the Helsinki Exhibition & Conference Centre

The Helsinki Exhibition & Conference Centre is also accessible to guests with mobility or functional disabilities. In our parking garage and close to the northern entrance there are 20 disabled parking spaces. Taxis can drive directly to the entrances of the Centre.

Wheelchairs are available at the entrances of the Centre. Our event support staff are always happy to help. Guide dogs are allowed on our premises, but other animals are not allowed to enter the Centre.

All meeting spaces, halls and restaurants at the Centre are accessible. Nearly all of the Centre's bathrooms have a disabled toilet.

For people with hearing aids, meeting hall 101 has been fitted with a permanent induction loop system that can be activated when needed. Please let us know of your needs beforehand. An induction loop, supporting the use of hearing aids and connected to the PA system, can be set up in other meeting rooms.
