Quotations
Free of charge, the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre can provide a detailed tender for arranging your next conference or event, including information, if required, on restaurants and additional services.

Preliminary reservations
Without advance payment, we will be only too glad to make preliminary reservations years before the planned event.

Floor plans of the Centre’s facilities
Our Technical Service, a professional unit with years of experience in event planning, is at your service. They will plan the layout of the event and make efficient use of the facilities to best suit your needs.

Assistance in decision making
Representatives of the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre will be happy to present our facilities to you in person and speak on behalf of the city of Helsinki, to assist you in deciding on your next event or conference venue.

Site visits
In co-operation with our partners, the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre can host a trip for you to Helsinki so that you can familiarise yourself with our facilities and their surroundings.

We will attend your preceding event
Once you have made a reservation, the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre will help you to advertise your event, or conference, at your preceding event.
