Our goal is to make event organising easy!
We will draw up plans for use of space, technical manuscripts and interior design and guidance suggestions according to your wishes. Our interior design workshop will conjure up the overall execution that matches the visual look of the event. Exhibition construction and logistics and forwarding services are also part of our service offering.
Our event support staff are on site, at the service of both the event organiser and guests. If required, we can also provide staff for the registration stand or to help out in the halls.

Our receptionist staff take care of the cloakroom and security during events. Planning and executing security services for corporate events are part to our key competence areas. We can also reserve a first aid unit to be on stand-by during your event.

One single appointed contact person will be responsible for all the arrangements of your event. You can ask your contact person about the catering, technology, flowers, signs – anything at all! Your contact is backed up by a team of professionals from various fields.
