Exhibitor service
The Exhibitor Service is there to help you. During the event’s construction and opening hours we will be there for exhibitors at the Exhibitor Service, which is located in the Gallery. You can place additional technical orders, buy invitation cards, exhibitor’s passes, and copy cards. There are also photocopy and fax machines and computers with Internet connection at your disposal.
Exhbitor Lounge & Restaurant
The exhibitor lounge offers a place to relax on a busy exhibition day. You will find the lounge on the second floor, up the staircase by the Southern Entrance. At the lounge you can have a cup of coffee and read the newspapers.
The restaurant next to Exhibitors’ Lounge (guided from the Southern entrance) is reserved for the exhibitors during the exhibition. For lunch and snack coupons, please contact Fazer Restaurants: tel. + 358 40 450 3252, fazer.sales@finnexpo.fi.
Press centre
The press centre caters for media representatives interested in the exhibition. Journalists come to the press centre to get accreditation and pick up press releases and leads for news stories.
You can issue a short press release on a product you’re showcasing at the exhibition or on your company. When you bring copies of the press release to the press centre, it will be made available to journalists.
If you’re organising your own press conference, notify the event’s Communications Officer, so that he or she can alert journalists.
Accommodation
The Holiday Inn Helsinki hotel is immediately adjacent to the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre, offering its vistors unique services.

Cloakroom services
Cloakroom services are available at the entrances, for a €2,50 service charge. One bag can be checked in with a coat at the cloakroom.
Lockers
There are coin-operated lockers (42 x 39 x 50 cm) at both the southern and northern end of the Lower Gallery and in the Glass Gallery. The refundable charge is €2.
Post box
There is a post box in the lobby by the southern entrance and in the Lower Gallery, with collection at 4pm on weekdays. Stamps are available at the kiosk in the Lower Gallery.
First aid
There is a first-aid station in the Lower Gallery during events organised by the Finnish Fair Corporation, tel. +358 40 4503237.
Kiosk
There is a kiosk in the Lower Gallery where building and display materials are available, as well as general convenience-store goods.
Lost property
Did you lose something at the Exhibition & Convention Centre? You can place lost property enquiries with our hall manager at tel. +358 40 450 3253 or by e-mail to hallimestari@finnexpo.fi.
Designated smoking areas
All of the halls, restaurants, and other premises at the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas outside, near the southern and northern entrances. In addition, there is a smoking room on the second floor of the congress wing.
For children
Pushchairs are available on loan for visitors with small children; there is a refundable charge of either €0.50 or €1. Pushchairs can be found near the entrances. Please consult a doorman if you require more information.
There are three child-care rooms: at the northern end of the Lower Gallery and adjacent to Café 3 and Café 5. Also, baby food can be warmed up and nappies changed at Kids Corner.
Kids Corner (‘Lastenpaikka’) provides child care free of charge for children aged 2–7 years. The maximum time period for child care is two hours. Child care is mainly available at general-interest events organised by the Finnish Fair Corporation.
