Passes and parking

The exhibitor's pass is intended for the personnel working at your stand during the exhibition. The pass is personal and valid during both the exhibition and construction and dismantling hours.
A construction pass is valid during the construction and dismantling hours of the fair. Please ensure that your stand’s constructors and decorators have their passes in good time!
We will mail the passes a few weeks before the event, once the participation fees have been paid. If you need additional passes you can order them via FairNet.

Parking for exhibitors
Please note that parking is subject to charge on all days (including exhibition building and dismantling days).
You can pay either a single visit parking fee €9 (€10 from 15 August 2013) or purchase an Exhibitor's parking pass.
Exhibitor's parking pass is valid the whole duration of the event. You can buy passes at the Exhibition Office when you arrive.
Please visit the Exhibition Office to get parking passes which are included in turnkey participation.
