The Finnish Fair Corporation invests in the visibility of fairs, through proactive communications about fairs, broad-based, multi-channel marketing to potential visitors and direct mailing of fair guides and/or invitation cards.
Tips for exhibitor's own marketing
FairSite is the exhibitor’s own Web page, accessible via online Fair Guide
Through FairSite you can advertise your participation in various ways, and also ensure that you reach the right contacts for the purposes of your exhibit stand! Update your FairSite content frequently, because the information added will be published on Web pages directed to visitors and members of the media attending the fair – at no charge.

Communicate actively with the media
– it will contribute to the success of your participation at the fair
The Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre is visited by thousands of media representatives annually. They are looking for new perspectives, interesting interviewees and information on new products and services.
The press centre is the base for the media and the fair Communications Officer acts as their contact point. Press releases from exhibitors and general event information can be found in the press centre. You can recognise media representatives by their PRESS card.
Tips on communications & PR
If you have any further enquiries regarding communications at the fair, please contact the event's Communications Officer.
