Parking
There is parking for, in total, 4600 cars in the Exhibition & Convention Centre car park and the multi-storey car park. Often, during large events, the nearby Hartwall Areena car park is also available.
Entrance to the Exhibition & Convention Centre’s multi-storey car park is from Ratapihantie road. The congress car park is accessed from the street Ratamestarinkatu (address: Ratamestarinkatu 14). Consult the map.
The parking fee is €9 (from 15 August 2013 €10) and it is valid for a single visit during one day. If the parking pass gets lost, you can buy a 'lost pass' at €20 from a parking ticket vending machine. The area is barrier controlled and the parking is subject to charge on all days including exhibition building and dismantling days.
The exhibitors can order a parking pass, which entitles to repeated entry to the parking area during the same day, on the days indicated on the pass.
The Holiday Inn Helsinki indoor car park is for hotel guests only. The parking fee there is €18 for 24 hours.
Accommodation
The guests of your event can enjoy a comfortable stay under the same roof in the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre's own, high-class hotel. The hotel rooms can be accessed directly from the meeting and banquet areas, so you’ll have no fear of getting your feet wet or having to bother with overcoats or taxi queues.
The modern hotel is designed specifically for business needs. A number of the 244 rooms are luxurious executive rooms and suites. The hotel has an À la Carte restaurant, three saunas and an exquisite sauna lounge, a Business Centre, gym and a parking garage.
