All services under one roof
You can spend an entire day at the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre – and the night, too, if you need to. There are more than a dozen cafés and restaurants for visitors to choose from, as well as a high quality hotel.

Cloakroom services
Cloakroom services are available at the entrances, for a €2,50 service charge. One bag can be checked in with a coat at the cloakroom.
Lockers
There are coin-operated lockers (42 x 39 x 50 cm) at both the southern and northern end of the Lower Gallery and in the Glass Gallery. The refundable charge is €2.
Cash dispensers
Cash machines can be found in the Glass Gallery and the Lower Gallery.
Post box
There is a post box in the lobby by the southern entrance and in the Lower Gallery, with collection at 4pm on weekdays. Stamps are available at the kiosk in the Lower Gallery.
First aid
There is a first-aid station in the Lower Gallery during events organised by the Finnish Fair Corporation, tel. +358 40 4503237.
Kiosk
There is a kiosk in the Lower Gallery where building and display materials are available, as well as general convenience-store goods.
Lost property
Did you lose something at the Exhibition & Convention Centre? You can place lost property enquiries with our hall manager at tel. +358 40 450 3253 or by e-mail to hallimestari@finnexpo.fi.
Designated smoking areas
All of the halls, restaurants, and other premises at the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas outside, near the southern and northern entrances. In addition, there is a smoking room on the second floor of the congress wing.
For children
Pushchairs are available on loan for visitors with small children; there is a refundable charge of either €0.50 or €1. Pushchairs can be found near the entrances. Please consult a doorman if you require more information.
There are three child-care rooms: at the northern end of the Lower Gallery and adjacent to Café 3 and Café 5. Also, baby food can be warmed up and nappies changed at Kids Corner.
Kids Corner (‘Lastenpaikka’) provides child care free of charge for children aged 2–7 years. The maximum time period for child care is two hours. Child care is mainly available at general-interest events organised by the Finnish Fair Corporation.
