Participation fees

By registering as an exhibitor latest on 30 March 2012 you will get the Early Bird discount (space rental at the 2012 prices): row stand 118 e + VAT / m² and corner stand 127 e + VAT / m².

Fees

Registration fee is €350 / main exhibitor (not included in space rental).
Sub-exhibitors registration fee is €80 / sub-exhibitor.

In case of cancellation the registration fee will not be returned.

Space rental row stand €120 / m²
Space rental corner stand first 9–100 m²  €129 / m², next 101–  m²  €102 / m²

Space rental does not include wall constructions, electricity or furniture. Minimum stand size is 9 m². VAT of 23 % will be added to the rates.

A package stand is an easy solution to attend. It can be ordered in connection with registration.

Two-storey stands: the upper level floor space rental: EUR 64.50 /m²

Participation fees will be charged with a separate invoice. The first part (registration fee) will be charged right after the registration. The due date for the second part (space rental or a package stand) will be 9 November 2012. Interest of delay is 16 %.

The space rental of joint stands will be invoiced on one invoice from the main exhibitor of the stand. The main exhibitor must inform all the co-exhibitors’ contact information to the organizer. Co-exhibitors’ charges will be invoiced from the main exhibitor in connection with the invoice for the space rental.
