Two-storey stands: the upper level floor space rental: 50 % of the floor space rental.
Constructions higher than 250 cm: additional advertising space, subject to surcharge. Minimum charge € 400.
Registration fee €370.
Minimum stand size is 9 m²
Participation fees will be charged with a separate invoice. The first part (registration fee) will be charged right after the registration.
Valid VAT will be added to the rates. Interest of delay is 16 %.
Space rental does not include wall constructions, electricity or furniture.

When participating in a fair, you can book a stand and order the equipment for the stand separately. A convenient alternative is to order complete solutions. A package stand provides basic requirements for a stand, and Turnkey participation covers almost everything you will need.
Package stand is an affordable and easy way to participate in the events of the Finnish Fair Corporation. You can complete the ready-built stand with furniture and decorations suited to your company’s look, and a functional stand is ready!
Turnkey participation: When you want to arrange your participation in a fair easily and at one go, you should book Turnkey participation. All you have to do is bring the brochures and decorations to the stand. All other essentials are featured in the package.
